Eden Grey Boutique is a online fashion clothing boutique based out of Louisville, KY focusing on the latest trends for women, tweens and children. Our mission is to bring you an enjoyable shopping experience by providing quality, affordable items in a convenient one stop shop.
As the owner and operator of EGB I am striving to provide women with another shopping alternative, which allows busy women to shop for themselves, their children and family. As a busy young mom, I want to showcase items that are versatile for women of all ages and lifestyles. I am admittedly an online shopping addict and shop online A LOT. I have always thought, how easy would it be if I could get items for my kids and me all in one place. This is when it really hit me that I need to put this plan into motion.
My story is simple, my name is Kelci and I am a wife to Jason and mother of 2, Eden Marie, 9, and Stryker Grey, 16 months. For the last 10+ years I have always wanted to own my own clothing boutique but it seemed the time was never right. Right out of high school, I spent a brief time at the University of Louisville before leaving to pursue a career in the hair industry. After 4 years behind the chair, I started working for my family's business, leaving my hair career behind me. While I enjoyed managing the family business, I was still not fulfilled. I found inspiration in Elizabeth Gilbert's book, “Big magic.” When I read, “ Do whatever brings you life, then. Follow your own fascination, obsession, and compulsions. Trust them. Create whatever causes a revolution in your heart.” I realized I needed to do something drastic for my own fulfillment. I have spent so many years if my life watching other people reach their goals while I sit back and wonder, would could be. Which has led me to today…
For the last several months I have spent countless hours talking with companies and traveling to market shows to find the perfect clothing lines to carry in my store…. And here we are now. I hope you all love it as much as I do!
